Africa today is bedeviled by both intellectual and practical problems, all of which has been lazily ascribed to multiple origin. Some scholars have opted for external origin, while others have choosed to look inward. Some scholars have been so strong in combining the two factors while been criticised by those that do not believe in bi or multi-faced direction of blame. It is strongly believed by some observers that African scholars are to a greater extend an absurd group of failures. This can be seen in their failure to organise the academic class from youthfull group of Africans to the Educated elitists class to face African problems. Is Africa fulfilling the so-called Eurocentric predictive-perspective, failing into a trap of neo-colonialism or globalising as part of the world global system, which had selected the continent to function as an experienmental zone of the world?
